Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager - Power Platform Developer at Deloitte, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at optimizing and developing automation processes. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, ensuring that these tools meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support and Development: Deliver MS Power Apps and Power Automate Development according to the engagement model.

·         Optimization: Ensure that automation processes are functioning at peak efficiency.

·         Component Reusability: Identify reusable components and update the Object library.

·         Process Automation: Offer resolutions to complex automation challenges within a short turnaround time.

·         Change Management: Support the development and deployment of changes as part of a structured change control process.

·         Solution Design: Provide architectural oversight to ensure consistency across deliveries.

·         Compliance: Adhere to design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.

·         Documentation: Analyze, document, and update business processes where necessary.

·         Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the team during testing phases to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.

·         Reporting: Regularly update management on status, issues, and risks.

·         Performance Reviews: Participate in automation delivery performance reviews with stakeholders.

·         Knowledge Transfer: Provide feedback on new automation production sprints as per structured handover processes.

·         Risk Management: Communicate project risks and issues, contributing to the change control process.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in technology and experience with specific tools and practices. The ideal candidate will have:

·         Educational Background: B. Tech/BE in Computers, PG-MCA, or M.Sc. in Computers.

·         DevOps Knowledge: A good understanding of DevOps practices.

·         Certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, and PL-600 certifications.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps), Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, JSON, Restful web services, Web APIs, HTML/CSS, and PnP PowerShell.
