The Compliance Summer Internship is an intensive program where you will be part of the Compliance team at Barclays. The Compliance function at Barclays is critical in ensuring that the bank operates within the regulatory framework, safeguarding the integrity of the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Learn and Apply Compliance Standards: Understand Barclays’ policies and standards, identify potential breaches, and recommend proactive solutions.

· Support Regulatory Requirements: Assist in conducting compliance assurance reviews in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

· Involvement in Global Projects: Participate in local and global project initiatives, assisting in system rollouts, design specifications, and user requirements.

· Data Analysis and Insights: Support continuous improvement activities across Compliance, focusing on data-driven insights.
