Role Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Product Line LLE team, you will support product development by working on engineering tasks such as design, mechanical calculations, and creating technical drawings. You will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions for Konecranes’ products.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Technical Design: Interpret technical specifications and design components/products to meet project requirements.

·         Engineering Drawings: Prepare 2D and 3D engineering drawings using tools like AutoCAD and NX.

·         Offer Engineering: Create equipment layouts, perform mechanical/structural calculations, and provide sales solutions.

·         Collaboration: Communicate solutions to stakeholders and resolve queries effectively.

·         Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.


Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

·         Experience: 0–1 year of work experience.

·         Mechanical Aptitude: Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D CAD tools (AutoCAD) and 3D tools (NX).

·         Communication: Good written and spoken English.

·         Attitude: A positive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to innovate.
