Role Overview:


·         Coaching and Mentoring: You’ll receive professional guidance to help you tackle assignments and projects, enhancing your knowledge and skillset.


·         Project Completion: Work on internal projects aimed at delivering significant customer outcomes and identifying areas for business improvement.


·         Software Training: Learn the company’s internal software tools to successfully complete assigned tasks and projects.



Education: 

·          Educational Background: Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM-related or business-related fields.



·         Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, or the equivalent in your country.


·         Language Skills: Fluent in both oral and written English, with strong communication abilities.
