Role Overview:


The purpose of the Management Trainee role at Wipro is to deliver superior technical support and resolve client issues either directly or through appropriate escalation. You will be responsible for maintaining process SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    ·         Internal: Team Leaders (for performance review), HR (for employee engagement and retention), and the Training team (for skill development).


·         External: Clients, to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.


Education: B.Tech/B.E. in computer science 

·         Experience: 0–1 year of work experience.

·         Mechanical Aptitude: Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D CAD tools (AutoCAD) and 3D tools (NX).

·         Communication: Good written and spoken English.

·         Attitude: A positive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to innovate.
