Job Description:-

As a Windows Developer Engineer at Qualcomm, you will be part of a dynamic team working on developing and optimizing Windows-based applications. This role involves working closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that Qualcomm's software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and optimize Windows applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

· Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.

· Work on performance analysis and optimization of existing applications.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:-

To qualify for the Windows Developer Engineer position at Qualcomm, candidates must meet the following criteria:

· Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Programming Skills: Strong programming and debugging skills in C/C++ with a focus on thread-based programming.

· Compilers Knowledge: Proficiency in using compilers such as Visual Studio, LLVM, and GCC.

· Windows Internals: A deep understanding of Windows Internals and familiarity with application frameworks like .Net, Chromium, and Electron.

· Operating System Concepts: Knowledge of process and thread management, IPC, and performance optimization techniques.

· ARM Architecture: Familiarity with ARM SOC architecture and ARM assembly programming is a plus.

· MAC Platform Experience: Experience in building applications on the MAC platform and conducting performance analysis/optimization is advantageous.

· Open-Source Contribution: Hands-on experience with open-source projects and GIT is beneficial.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage tasks, and coordinate across stakeholders.
