ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Post-Graduate or MBA in Finance (specialization) with a good academic track record (graduating in 2025).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance/accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
  • Familiarity with secondary research sources and the ability to conduct efficient thematic online research.
  • Knowledge or certification in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24x5 environment on rotational shifts, including night shifts.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLE:  Data Analyst 

  • Data Collation & Analysis: Collect, analyze, extract, and enter Financial/Non-Financial Data into work tools according to guideline specifications for the assigned vertical.
  • Workflow Understanding: Understand the dataset, workflows, and tools, and have a strong working knowledge of them.
  • Process Improvement: Provide input for new data collection methods and suggest product enhancements related to the dataset.
  • Target Delivery: Achieve individual and team targets by delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Address issues, support team members, and work on enhancing workflow and processes.
  • Error Correction & Process Refinement: Review feedback to correct errors and refine processes, improving data accuracy and quality.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Participate in process improvement projects, including LEAN/automation projects, and engage in continuous learning.
