This is a 100% remote (work-from-home) opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while gaining valuable experience in recruitment and HR activities

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

YOP 2025 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Fluent in English.

Hard-working, committed, and available for a full-time internship.

Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail.

Result-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset.

Prior experience or interest in recruitment or HR.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and screening profiles for various roles.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews.

HR Support: Help with HR activities and initiatives as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring     needs.

Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.
