ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Technical Skills:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

·         Experience with workflow management tools and databases.

·         Strong research and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:

·         Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

·         Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·         High level of accountability and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications:

·         A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

·      1–4 years of experience in fast-paced, intellectually demanding environments.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Global Compliance Analyst at BCG, you will:

  • Conduct detailed research using internal resources, proprietary databases, and open-source materials to identify potential risks.
  • Analyze and articulate complex risk elements, providing actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive research and risk requests.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and actionable risk assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain precise records and leverage workflow management tools for accurate case management.
  • Contribute to the design of new compliance policies, tools, and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc metrics to inform stakeholders about program performance.
